Arguments are (matrix, pivots, nullable LuNorms<Real>*, SolveInfo&, SolveOptions<Real> const&), then precision for runtime scalars. Numerical failure writes SolveInfo and completes dispatch; declines preserve the matrix, pivots, norms and diagnostics.
