Destructive dense general linear-system solve operation tag.

Backends overwrite coefficient and right-hand-side work matrices while solving coefficients * solution = right_hand_sides. Kernel arguments are (coefficients, right_hand_sides, SolveInfo&, SolveOptions<Real> const&), with Real matching the scalar's real type. Numerical failures write diagnostics and return dispatch success; a dispatch decline preserves all three output arguments.
