Predicate that reports whether the requested value is available.

notify_when_ready

WaitWakeupRegistration uni20::async::IAsyncScheduler::WaitRequest::notify_when_ready {}

Register a non-throwing wakeup, including when readiness races with registration.

Registration must not block waiting for readiness. Each registration must eventually notify when readiness becomes possible; inline notification is permitted. A wakeup does not reserve a resource, so a scheduler may recheck and register again. Retained callbacks may outlive the wait and must be safe to invoke afterwards. Required for pending TBB waits; polling schedulers may ignore it.
