Detailed Description

BlockTensor storage whose blocks reside within one local process.

This refinement is independent of immediate versus descriptor-backed access and of inline versus independently scheduled block execution.

Storage	Candidate block storage policy.
T	Numerical block element type.
KeyCoordinateCount	Number of stored block-selection coordinates.
DenseBlockOrder	Number of numerical axes in each dense block.
